Chang Yuan Fashi

Currently serves as the director of the Dharma Drum Retreat Center to manage this center.
Served as meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience to share with participants about meditation. Served in Dharma Drum Mountain organization meditation center from 2010-2017. During this period, completed meditation training in a meditation hall, and became a qualified meditation teacher. Since then, I have been teaching and spreading meditation for many years in Taiwan, and I have held many retreats in the meditation hall. Since 2019, became a resident monastic in the United States to continue teaching meditation until now.
Entered the Dharma Drum Sangha University in 2002. Studied and learned formal Buddhist education. In 2006 received full ordination. After graduating from DDSU, I devoted myself to education and administration to a youth group from 2006-2009. Served in Dharma Drum Mountain organization meditation center, also had to manage an administration unit to promote meditation from 2010-2014, including training courses, meditation class, and short-term retreat. During that time, run two large remarkable events – 10,000 people meditation.
While as teacher, keeps scheduling the meditation retreat several times a year for practicing.  In 2012, I applied for a long-term retreat of a year to isolate myself.
